vCare is healthcare operations software developed by Veloryn.
This website introduces vCare to healthcare organisations and lets them request a demo or get in touch. Veloryn is responsible for the information collected through this website.
Veloryn operates from Singapore, at Asia Square Tower 1.
02. What this notice covers
This notice covers the vCare website: the pages you are reading, the demo request form, and any message you send us from here.
It does not cover the vCare application itself. vCare is used internally by healthcare teams to run their own operations. Where a healthcare organisation holds information about you in vCare — as a patient, examinee, employee, or programme participant — that organisation decides why the information is held and how it is used, and its own privacy arrangements apply.

03. Information we collect
We collect what you type into the demo form or send us directly:
- your name
- your work email address
- your organisation
- the type of organisation and your role
- anything you write in the message field
We also receive limited technical information that any website receives in order to work and stay secure — for example your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited.
We do not ask for health information through this website, and you should not send any.
04. How we use it
We use the information you give us to:
- reply to your enquiry
- prepare and arrange a demo around your workflow
- answer follow-up questions
- keep a record of the conversation
- send you information about vCare where you have asked for it
- keep the website working and protect it from misuse
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
If we send you anything you did not ask for, every message includes a way to opt out. Opting out does not stop us replying to something you contacted us about.
05. Who can see it
Inside Veloryn, your enquiry is seen by the people who need to respond to it — typically the team handling demos and product conversations.
Outside Veloryn, information may be handled by the technical services we use to run the website and our email, and only for that purpose.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
06. Cookies
This website uses only what it needs to function: keeping your session working, remembering your language choice, and supporting security.
There are no advertising or marketing cookies on this site. If we add analytics later, we will update this notice first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
07. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is useful to the conversation you started, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us.
If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it for a legal reason.
