01 — Why

Healthcare operations rarely live in one place.

People, schedules, records, documents, approvals, and updates often sit across different systems and teams.

Staff spend time searching for information, confirming changes, and asking what needs to happen next.

Questions healthcare teams ask every day

  • Where is the latest information?
  • Has the schedule changed?
  • Who is responsible for the next step?
  • Which records still need review?
  • Has the update reached the right team?
  • What is waiting or blocked?
  • Can managers see what is happening across the organisation?

Up to dateOut of date

The tools are already there.

What's missing is the connection between the work.

The operational cost

When information is disconnected, teams become the integration layer.

Staff carry information between systems, people, and processes. Managers rely on manual updates to understand what is happening.

01

More manual coordination

Staff spend time copying, checking, and moving information between tools.

02

Less operational visibility

Managers depend on individual updates instead of shared operational context.

03

More avoidable errors

Duplicate records, outdated files, and missed changes become harder to prevent.

04

Harder growth

More locations, teams, people, and services create more administrative complexity.

02 — How

vCare gives the work a clearer operating environment.

Instead of adding another disconnected tool, vCare creates a structured place for information, context, workflows, and responsibilities.

Governance and control

Connected access.
Clear control.

vCare helps healthcare organisations manage who can view, update, review, and approve operational information — with clearer roles, responsibilities, and controlled access.

Organisation-level separation

Each organisation works within its own access boundary.

Roles and permissions

Different tasks require different permissions and responsibilities.

Review and approval controls

Important changes and decisions move through a named reviewer when needed.

Activity records

Selected actions and permission changes remain visible for follow-up.

Designed for controlled access

We do not claim certifications the product has not completed. We are happy to walk through the current access model with your team.

How access works

1. Assign role

Give each team member a role that matches their responsibilities.

2. Set permissions

Permissions define what each role can view or do.

3. Review where needed

Important changes can require review or approval.

4. Changes stay visible

Permission changes and decisions remain visible for follow-up.

Built to support growing teams

Product direction

Start with today's workflows. Build toward a more connected, AI-assisted operation.

vCare is being developed as a long-term operating environment for healthcare providers. The platform starts with the workflows teams manage today and is designed to support more connected information, tools, and operational processes over time. AI will help teams across these workflows by surfacing information, supporting review, and reducing manual coordination — while people remain responsible for decisions, approvals, and control.

Direction

A connected, AI-assisted operating environment for healthcare organisations.

More of the operational work healthcare teams do — information, coordination, review, and control — in one clearer environment, with AI supporting the work and people staying in control.

vCare is a healthcare operations product developed by Veloryn.

About

Built by Veloryn. Designed for healthcare operations.

vCare brings Veloryn's approach to operational software into healthcare — starting with real workflows, structuring the information around them, and expanding capability over time.

Available in Vietnamese and English.

Built for healthcare providers

Designed for healthcare organisations managing people, records, schedules, reviews, and operational coordination across their teams.

Operations first

We start with real operational friction and improve one workflow at a time — rather than trying to replace every system your organisation already uses.

AI with people in control

vCare is being built toward AI-assisted workflows that help teams find information, coordinate work, and reduce manual effort, with human oversight where decisions matter.

Ready for a closer look

Good to know

A few things worth knowing before you book.

No jargon

We will ask how your team works, not about your technology stack. No technical knowledge needed.

No obligation

You will leave with a clearer view of your own operations whether or not you work with us.

No preparation

Thirty minutes, nothing to prepare. Bring the workflow that frustrates your team most.

No patient data

The walkthrough runs on sample data. Your details are used only to arrange the session.

Phase 01

What happens after you book.

You will receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite. Someone from our team reviews what you sent before the session, so the walkthrough starts from your situation rather than a slide deck.

Phase 02

What happens after the session.

If there is a clear fit, we follow up with a short outline of what a first workflow could look like — usually one process, not your whole operation. You decide whether to proceed, on your timeline.

Common questions

A few questions we hear often.

Something not covered here? Send us a message and we will answer it.

No. vCare handles operational work — people, lists, intake, review, scheduling, and access. It is not an EMR and does not replace clinical systems. Most teams run it alongside what they already have.
Yes. The problems vCare addresses — scattered lists, unclear review status, manual coordination — show up well before an organisation has many locations. Multi-location visibility is useful later, not a prerequisite.
No. The walkthrough runs on sample data, and you should not send us patient or examinee information to arrange a demo. If you want to discuss your own data structure, we can do that in words.
One workflow, properly. Usually the intake and review process, because that is where most teams feel the load first. Once it is stable and adopted, we expand into scheduling, records, and access.
AI-assisted support is product direction rather than something running in production today. What exists now is structured validation and identity matching, with people making the decisions. We will be precise about this in the session.
Yes. Sessions run in Vietnamese or English, and the product itself works in both — so mixed teams share the same records.
That is the normal case. Most teams book to understand the problem better, not to buy. There is no cost and no obligation to proceed.
Just reply to the confirmation email or reach us through the contact page and we will find another time.

Ready when you are

Thirty minutes now can save your team a great deal of coordination later.

We look forward to hearing how your organisation works.

Privacy Policy

Your information deserves clear boundaries.

This notice explains what information we collect through the vCare website, why we collect it, who can see it, and how you can reach us about it.

It covers this website only. The vCare application itself is used internally by healthcare teams under their own privacy arrangements.

The short version

If you fill in the demo form, we use your details to prepare and arrange that conversation. We do not sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

01. Who we are

vCare is healthcare operations software developed by Veloryn.

This website introduces vCare to healthcare organisations and lets them request a demo or get in touch. Veloryn is responsible for the information collected through this website.

Veloryn operates from Singapore, at Asia Square Tower 1.

02. What this notice covers

This notice covers the vCare website: the pages you are reading, the demo request form, and any message you send us from here.

It does not cover the vCare application itself. vCare is used internally by healthcare teams to run their own operations. Where a healthcare organisation holds information about you in vCare — as a patient, examinee, employee, or programme participant — that organisation decides why the information is held and how it is used, and its own privacy arrangements apply.

Plain-language summary

This page is about what happens when you contact us through this website. If your question is about health information a clinic holds about you, that clinic is the right place to ask.

03. Information we collect

We collect what you type into the demo form or send us directly:

  • your name
  • your work email address
  • your organisation
  • the type of organisation and your role
  • anything you write in the message field

We also receive limited technical information that any website receives in order to work and stay secure — for example your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited.

We do not ask for health information through this website, and you should not send any.

04. How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

  • reply to your enquiry
  • prepare and arrange a demo around your workflow
  • answer follow-up questions
  • keep a record of the conversation
  • send you information about vCare where you have asked for it
  • keep the website working and protect it from misuse

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

If we send you anything you did not ask for, every message includes a way to opt out. Opting out does not stop us replying to something you contacted us about.

05. Who can see it

Inside Veloryn, your enquiry is seen by the people who need to respond to it — typically the team handling demos and product conversations.

Outside Veloryn, information may be handled by the technical services we use to run the website and our email, and only for that purpose.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

06. Cookies

This website uses only what it needs to function: keeping your session working, remembering your language choice, and supporting security.

There are no advertising or marketing cookies on this site. If we add analytics later, we will update this notice first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

07. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is useful to the conversation you started, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us.

If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it for a legal reason.

08. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

  • show you what we hold about you
  • correct anything inaccurate
  • delete it
  • stop using it for a particular purpose
  • send you a copy
  • stop sending you marketing

Email us and we will handle it. We may need to confirm who you are first.

You can also raise a concern with your local data protection regulator.

09. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the website changes or when we start doing something new with the information we collect.

The date at the top always shows the current version.
